Inspires is a bold word… I am inspired by quality relationships.

What do you do here?

I was hired as a site lead.

What's your favorite part of your job?

That’s a tough question. I enjoy the people both the clients and the craftsman that I work with. I have always enjoyed learning and there is such a diversity of backgrounds. There’s always something new to learn.

How long have you worked for Arciform?

I was hired in August 2020.

What did you do before this current job?

I was shop foreman for Satis&fy LLC in Hillsboro, Oregon an international event company.

What type of training/education do you have?

 I've been in the trades since just after high school. I acquired my contractors license in California in 1991 and began my own business until I moved to Oregon. I've spent most of my professional life (more than 30 years) in residential remodeling.

Where'd you grow up?

I grew up in the Bay Area.

What do you like to do outside of work?

If I’m not traveling with my wife or riding my motorcycle in the great outdoors, I will be spending quality time with my chocolate lab or gardening.
